So out curiosity and at Ade’s encouragement I made my first order of Chin Chin. My wife and I were surprised when saw the two packages chock full of little fragments that resembled small croutons.
But we were even more surprised once we ate some Chin Chin! They reminded us of tea cakes. Now if you don’t know what tea cakes are you need to learn. Others will think of biscotti bits or biscuits. Yet their flavor is still unique to what they are and where they come from.
